Processing is generally based on business days. Carrier delivery schedules may include weekends depending on the selected service.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Contact Customer Support immediately. Changes may be possible before fulfillment begins but cannot be guaranteed after processing starts.
Why hasn't my tracking updated?
Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package. Some shipments may also move between facilities before another scan appears.
What happens if my package is lost?
If tracking has stopped updating for an extended period or the carrier confirms a delivery problem, contact Customer Support with your order information.
