If your neighborhood has an HOA, you may need approval before construction. The homeowner is responsible for obtaining HOA approval unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
When permits are required for work included in our contract, we’ll discuss the permitting process with you before construction.
Often, yes. We will need to inspect the existing structure before determining whether it can safely be incorporated into the new project.
We currently work with a third-party financing provider for qualifying projects. Financing is subject to approval.
Yes. Southern Oak Outdoor Living maintains appropriate business licensing and insurance for the work we perform.
