When connected to a secure backend, Apex may collect contact details, vehicle information, service addresses, appointment preferences, uploaded photos, and payment confirmation data needed to provide requested services. Card details should be processed directly by a compliant payment provider and not stored by this website.
How Information Is Used
Information may be used to respond to requests, schedule and deliver services, manage customer accounts, provide transactional reminders, maintain records, prevent misuse, and improve the customer experience.
Sharing and Retention
Information should only be shared with service providers needed to operate booking, payment, communication, and hosting functions, or where required by law. Production retention periods must be documented before launch.

Development Status
The current website uses front-end demo forms and does not intentionally transmit form entries to a server. This policy must be updated when analytics, authentication, payments, form processing, or other third-party services are connected.
